Scouts-L --

We are in need of ideas, suggestions, recommendations for the =
recruitment of Unit Commissioners. We would like to have sample copies =
of letters sent out to possible candidates, etc. We also need =
suggestions on in-house recognitions and instant recognition items other =
than commissioners patch. We have looked at Professor Beaver's web page =
for Commissioners and will use this as a starting point.

Please reply off line unless you feel the reply would be useful to the =
list.

Would appreciate ANY help. =20
