While BSA is the only publisher for Scoutmaster Handbook, Boy Scout Handbooks,
etc. the prices it sets for them are reasonable. Look at legal publications
where in the case of one publisher it was cheaper to purchase its materials new
every couple of years rather than pay for supplementation.
