Archives downloading -- I got it!!

So, if anyone should need this, here's how I finally got some Eagle Tips
downloaded from the Scouts-L archives.

1. First, you have to address it To: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.TCU.EDU

do not send it to the old address: Listserv@tcubvm.is.tcu.edu, or any of the
other addresses you can find lying around in cyberspace, or your old files.

I tried that one, and listserver@listserv.tcu.edu, and some others that were
suggested from me.

2. Use any old subject line, I guess

3. You have to use GET and the correct file name. In my case it was:

GET EAGLETIP EAGTIP00,
or
GET EAGLETIP MAILLIST
or
GET EAGLETIP WORKBOOK

It's kinda confusing. Hard (for me, at least) to tell from the Index and the
instructions what to type.

and I got the directions not exactly quite right from several of you guys
trying to be helpful. Appreciate you taking the time to try.

Anyway, somebody ought to check the Archives instructions and see that they're
up-to-date.

BOTTOM LINE (if you're still with me) -- Thanks for your generous help. Found
what I needed to find, and am confident of having a great Eagle Court of
Honor.

Scouts-L comes through again!!!

And Mike Walton, I'll be trying out your software any day now, when things are
a tad less hectic.

YIS,
