THANKS Re: Archives and EagleTips

Good Morning Scouters!

First, My Most Sincere Thanks To You Gentle, Wonderful People Who Have
Emailed Me Regarding Jim Ventner.

I Spoke To Jim Late Last Night, He Is Barely Intelligble, But He Said,
"You Tell Those Scouts-L People That I Think They Are The BEST!"

Jim is undergoing some radical surgery over the weekend, I'll let the
list know as soon as I do.

God Bless Each of You!

Secondly, to my Scouting friend Dave Rogers-DA6ver6@AOL.COM
on the Subject: THANKS Re: Archives and EagleTips, who said in part;

>I love this Scouts-L thing. Wish I didn't have to ask dumb questions,
>but hey, I know you guys can cover me.

David, remember this? The ONLY 'Dumb Question', Is the One You Never
Asked??

I think everyone on this list including yours truly, has asked some
pretty "dumb" questions over the years. One of the greatest attributes
of Scouting is, in a peer group, someone usually has the answer.

One of the last great districts I worked with in Viking Council in
1989, was the Miniwicota District. The CLBTraining Staff's Motto was;

"Help Is Just A Question Away!" (sm)

Thank You All, Have A Nice Weekend!

For Jim Ventner, The Boys, And For Good Scouting, Everywhere!
