Marbles, CAMS III & Moving

Morning, all. Yesterday I bought the booklet for the Marbles belt loop.
I noticed a mistake, but am not really sure which part is the mistake.
In playing ringers, it says "Two lines, each about 9 inches long, form
the cross. One marble is placed at the center and three each on the
four parts of the cross. Each marble lies about 3 inches from the next
one." Now, this does not work out - 7 marbles about 3 inches apart
(based on the centers) would make a line 18 inches long. So should the
lines be 18 inches long, or should the marbles be 1.5 inches apart? Are
there any other mistakes that are not obvious to the new player that
anyone else has found?
Also, yesterday, I found out our Scout Shop is having trouble with the
new CAMS III system, and can't print out every unit's account balance.
Anyone else hear of this and know of a fix?
Finally, on a personal level, I am trying to move my family from Austin,
TX to the Knoxville/Oak Ridge area of TN. If anyone knows of a land
office that specializes in land in the Anderson County area, I sure
would appreciate the info. Also, if anyone knows of a company in that
area that needs a person with 10 years environmental regulatory
experience, I'd appreciate that pointer, too.
