Archives and EagleTips ... calling Jon, Mike, whomever

Am I missing something??
I followed a list of archive instructions that I had lying around (have they
changed lately?) and I find in index a list of many EagleTips. When I try to
access them, they're not available.
I went to Black Eagle's homepage and tried to download them that way -- at
least the ones that were available there, but I'm currently not able to figure
out the software it requires. And worse, I get no response to my e-mails to
Black Eagle for help.
Sure, I'm in a big panic -- my son's Eagle Court of Honor is just around the
corner.
Any help you can give would be much appreciated, Jon or Mike, or whomever.
Also, if possible, please backchannel your replies, as I might miss the list
reply on digest.
