After I saw your question, I looked in the new
1999 catelog. Low and behold, you can buy the
beltloop (W00776) or the pin (W00779) but the
booklet does not exist! I expect they were
probably too ambitious in their estimate on the
time to put the booklet together!
Does anyone on the list know of the time table for
the booklet to be issued?
