Stop the Bombers over Philmont

I'm not sure how much attention this has gotten over this list lately, but I
wanted to do my best to alert everyone to and mobilize against the very real
possibility that Philmont may be ruined by the U.S. Air Force and something
called the Realistic Bomber Training Initiative, which could have B-52s
practicing their low-level flying over Philmont and Northern New Mexico.

Besides the effect on the wildlife, I don't know many campers who like to be
awakened regularly by the din of low-flying B-52s.

Now hopefully someone with much more background than me will present the full
story, but the short version is that we need to act now to convince the people
in charge to train their pilots elsewhere.
