"Trained" strip page update

Thanks to those that sent me scans of patches for inclusion onto
the Insignia site; the site's been updated and the Trained strip
information has been completed.
Also thanks for the other information which has made this site a
"must visit site" while being online for Scouters. I'm constantly
working on it, to make it better and more inclusive. Your comments
and critiques are wanted and read; please post them to my America
