Careful, Ted. Don't blame poor decisions on the State of Texas. If the
folks who do uniforming really want to field test, they have every
single kind of weather available in Texas, including bone-chilling,
below zero type winters. I doubt seriously that the location of
Headquarters would matter a bit in the design, anyway. Despite what
Mike Walton says, I don't believe for a second that uniforms are
field-tested. Then again, I guess it would depend on your definition of
field-test... <g>

All that said, I wonder if all the uniforming decisions are made in
Irving. When I was at Jamboree, the Supply Division had just found out
that they were moving to North Carolina.
