Nope; but to be "uniform", you should be wearing the most
*current* CSP issued by your local Council. I've worn an old CSP
for a couple of years because it simply looks better than the
present CSP with the FDL in the side of the buffalo; but again,
it's not right.
We should be wearing the *most current* insignia on our uniforms.
