Teresa,

I'm ass-u-ming your looking for PC True Type fonts, not postscript.

For Scouters, I recommend to go to Mike Barnard's Wood Badge site
http://www.woodbadge.org/wbpics.htm#Fonts for Wood Badge, Logger &Plank.
I have also found that the http://www.masterstech-home.com site to be
very easy to view and download fonts. I happen to visit this one because
of the sign language dictionary. There are other sites such as
http://www.thefreesite.com/ http://www.phoenixgate.com/fonts.html
http://www.torgny.net/fonts.html

You can also use a search engine such as Altavista, Hotbot, or askjeeves
to locate the other sites. A search entry of "free fonts" on
http://www.hotbot.com turned up 112,790 matches. I'd say that's a few
sites for you to surf. HotBot even provides categories of fonts making
it easier for you to locate them.

In addition to fonts, were you also looking for animal dingbats
(symbols, webdings, bullets, etc)? If so perhaps I can help in both
areas. I have been asked about different fonts & dingbats so many times
that over the years I have assembled a folder designated just for font's
for Scouting.

Fonts for animals, woods, ropes, morse code, indians, holidays,
exercising, events, and more.

Dingbats with Wood Badge patrol emblems, WOSM, Indian symbols (red
rock), patrol badges (UK), animals, critters, activities, events,
holidays, and more. Yes of course I have one for Star Trek ;-)

If any of these files will assist you, please let me know off list.

YiS,
