Looking for Troop 416, Hudson Valley Council

Last night a boy returned to our troop after moving to New York state for a
couple of years. While in New York he was a member of Troop 416 in
Washingtonville. I need to get a copy of his records.
If anybody is on the list from Troop 416, or from Hudson Valley Council,
would you please email me privately to let me know whom to contact to
get this Scout's records. (As a last resort, I DO have the council's
address/phone, but a "real person" is SO MUCH NICER! :-) )
