Yeah, they do look more decorative than utile. (g) But the good news is
-- if you unstitch them you could leave BIIIG holes in the pants where
they used to be. I notice that some mfrs are using hot-needles these
days and that melts any artificial fibers in the fabric. Of course, it
also helps keep the seam intact, but you can't let it out or alter it
without leaving a trail.
