This is a MOST disturbing observation. I was already aware of page 13,
but overlooked the part about NOT turning the collar under. I wonder if
this a
mistake? or clearly a conspiricy to make us feel like having to wear
a tie (like I am still at work) UGH :-(
I will gladly look the other way when the kids decide to BURN the whole
neckerchief idea if we have to wear the collar OUT!
