Yup. If your religion has an adult award, and you earn it, you can wear
the adult knot. Not all religions have an adult award. Remember, the
religious awards are offered and awarded by your church -- not BSA.
However, you get the knots from your BSA Service Center. The adult knot
is a purple knot on a tan background while the knot earned as a youth is
a silver knot on a purple background. You can wear both knots
simultaneously if you earned 'em.
