Arrow of Light Requirements

How does the group handle Part 6 of the WEbelos requirements which states
- after completing (parts 1-5) AND after a talk with your Webelos leader
(WHat should we talk about?)-

arrange to visit with your parent or guardian a meeting of a Boy Scout
troop (our situation is that we are transitioning with the local troop
and I don't currently have any boys who have shown any inclination to seek
another troop to join. Is it sufficient for the parents to speak with the
SM as they drop the boys off? I did have some parents stay for the entire
meeting last time we met with the Troop.)

Talk with the SM (I asked the SM to talk to the boys as a group when we
meet with them this week. Was this meant to be an individual meeting?)

Application filled out, then show to WDL and talk to them again (What do
we talk about this time?)

Thanks for your thoughts on this one.
