ADMINISTRATION: MAJOR Listserv Changes

I have JUST now completed a major move of the SCOUTS-L listserv. From
a subscriber standpoint, all commands and functionality should remain
the same EXCEPT for the email address that you need to use. To send
amail to the listserv you should NOW address it to:

mailto:listserv@listserv.tcu.edu

and POST messages to the scouts-l list, you should NOW address your
email to:

mailto:scouts-l@listserv.tcu.edu

I have not yet moved the files across but should do so in the next week
or two. The old email address should work for the next several weeks
but everyone needs to get use to using the new addresses.

I'm VERY hopeful that using the latest version of listserv will help
provide a faster and more stable environment.
