More info on Hot Wheels BSA car

Kevin and all: I also found the Hot Wheels cars (the smaller version for
the tracks) at Toys R Us - same prices as Kevin quoted. The fancy or
"Collector" packaging cost me $2.99 - the plain packaging $1.99. But...
one set does not have Boy Scouts of America on the back, the other does.
Is that not the flaw?

Jan Mussler, Webelos Den Leader, Pack 170
