New Scout Handbook

Have read some of the resent notes regarding the new Scout Handbook, and how
several want it to be in spiral bound to make it easier to lay flat. Like
some others,
I don't like the idea of a spiral bound book. If you really want a lay flat
book, check
out the lay flat binding used by O'Reilly & Associates on their books. They
use a
special process called 'RepKover' or 'Otabind' which is pretty durable.
There is a
limitation on how think the book can be and use this binding, but I would
think the
BSHB would be within bounds. To me, something like this would be much
better
idea then spiral bound.
