An excellent point, Rodney.

Also, another thing to keep in mind might be to change it from an
"account" to another name; i.e., in my Troop, we have "Scouting Dollars" or
"Troop Points" instead of "money". This accomplishes two things:

1. Scouts realize that it is something earned on an individual
level, eventhough the Troop is managing it, and,

2. The rules are that the "points" (1 point = 1 dollar) are *only*
to be used towards Scouting things, such as camp outs, uniforming, camping
accessories, etc. I can honestly say that we've never had a problem with
Scouts or Leaders abusing this.

Just some ideas...
