Our council does not want the blue cards sent to them. So, I have them
for my troop as a record for each boy. That way we have triples. The
boys have them, The Scoutmaster has them and I, the Advancement
chair, has them too.

I also have 3 sheets on each boy with dates when they earned their
requirements and Ranks. And we also keep a wall poster with the
advancements on there.

I had one instance of an Eagle awarded a year and a half prior but when
I looked at concil's records, they didnt have him earning Environmental
Science. I fixed it with his records that I had. But I found that pretty
incredible!
