I like that ,Mike, give the boys buy-in.
WIWSM ,I kept the key to the BOR because
1...Made me feel useful
2...I had to track the Boy and not just consider him one of the great
unwashed...
3...I could cover several bases during the SM Conference ,usually held in
the field, an address topics that the ASM or Troop Guides &Instructors
wouldnt be concerned with. Like the future.

But I do like the Boy Peer Review.

BTW did you enter adult scouting after 1987?
