we use the popcorn sale as a means to earn money for camp all sales from
popcorn are for the boys to use for pack or camp fees. No cash for boys
just credit for camp and rechartering.
We have a separate pack fundraiser for pack expences and it is not
optional. you sell (for example) 40 candy bars or pay $20 to cover profit
for not selling.
