While not an original design, our Troop (actually a mom) made a
miniature *BSA-inspired* flag that was about 2 - 21/2 feet long that we
used as a stand by for summer camp. We did take some artistic license
with some of the features but it was pretty much a BSA design. BTW we
presented the flag to the program director at the end of camp (it was
out of council).
FWTW the Polish flag is a good start on a standard BSA flag and I know
that there are places you can by these flags smaller than 3 x 5
