If by "arrange for" you mean set a time and place, and recruit a quorum,
etc., I suppose that's O.K., but definitely *not* if you mean to
participate in the deliberations. Better, IMHO, is to step aside
entirly, and allow someone else to make the arrangements. Caesar's wife,
and all that.
