1999 American Legion Eagle Scout of the Year

Each year the American Legion selects an Eagle Scout of the Year. the
Eagle Scout of the Year receives an $8,000 scholarship. There are also
three other awards for $2,000 each.
Application for the award are available from your local council service
center.
The application covers all of the eligibility requirements for the Eagle
Scout. If you have questions, please call Donald G. Oblander, Associate
Director, Relationships Division at the national office 972-580-2111.
