1999 Woods Services Award

From: Conrad L. Fruehan, Associate Director, Council Services Division

I'd like to announce the annual Woods Services Award presented nationally
for exceptional service and leadership in the field of Scouts with
disabilities. This award is made available each year by the Woods Services
and Residential Treatment Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The 1998
award was made to Douglas S. Schwab of the Potomac Council.

Each council has an opportunity to nominate a person for this award.
Nomination forms are available at your local council service center. In
January and February, a national volunteer selection committee will select
one person to be recognized at the National Annual Meeting or at an
appropriate regional event.

Nomination are due in the national office, S212, by December 31, 1998.
