Hi CO/MA-JohnD,

Running Tight to the Wire Huh!!

His Private Records, and Council's Computer
seems to be the initial starting place.
with Phone calls to his Old Leaders added.
Thank Goodness this is all local and your
Council likes you.

MY IDEAS
--------
1> Take the Eagle Application Form
and work with him to fill it out.
(Hopefully your Troop Advancement Person
(not SM JonD)

2>Meet with the Council Advancement Chair
Have the Troop Advancement Person meet with
this person and find out what paper work you
have to rebuild.

3>Ut Oh!!
Considering they were so sloppy you may end
up finding him not fullfilling some requirements
that to you are obvious or being far behind
on the Required Merit Badges.

4>BIGGER UT OH!! Star now and 17 YIKES!!

Getting through two leadership 6 month assignments,
etc at Life and Eagle Ranks is going to be difficult.
Read those back pages. =

Again recommend your Troop Adv person talk this over
with your Council Adv Ch and hope that Scouts-Lrs
CA-ChrisH, BruceC, PaulW, or one of Scouts-Ls
Council Adv Chairman will catch this and expand.

YiS, IMHO, and may we each attempt to live the SO,SL,SS,SM
