1st Class Reg 4

Hi Group,

I need some feedback on 1st Class Reg 4. Specifically, is the requirement
interpreted by some to allow a team of two cooks to serve the patrol on one
camp-out? or must it be one scout per patrol only. We've got 10 scouts to
get through the requirement with only two patrols. It has been suggested we
double up.

Any thoughts?
