A fellow Scouter called me the other day and asked me if I would become a
"Member-at-Large" of the District Committee. Since it only involves another
hour a month <TFIC>, I said "Why not? I'll give it a try."
Can anyone tell me, assuming that my nomination is accepted, what are the
duties, responsibilities, trials, and tribulations that are associated with
this position?
