School Night for Scouting

Dee LaRock (Butterbuns@PIXELATION.COM)

Is this new DE saying that she won't support you? Or, that she will prevent
your new recruits from getting all the freebies that others will get on
School Night for Scouting? I've never had a DE show up at School Night for
Scouting. Even, when I was helping him out by trying to revive a pack from
another area. Yes, I did a good job. But, if this person is trying to hold
back on the incentives that everyone else gets...that shouldn't be allowed.
And, if she continues along this line, I'd go over her head to the SE. As
far as I remember from filling out charters, FOS was one of the
suggested/required things for QU awards. My charter was renewed whether or
not I presented one. So, making it a requirement for School Night, is
ridiculous. I have been a CM for a couple of years, nor have I filled out a
charter. But, I'm pretty sure that if FOS was required for recharter,
someone would have made an uproar before this.
