Hi,
I would like to add to the thread of backpacking. I have seen all the
lists of what to take, what is personal, what would be shared, etc.
Now here is my question . Where should I put it?
I just bought my son a great new back pack (kelty adjustable frame
Yukon model) Now where do we put all the stuff. I looked at the B.S.
Fields book and got one set of ideas . I also have my own experience
(which is a different organization than the one proposed in the B.S.
Fiels Book.)
Looking at the backpack (if it were being worn you would see the
back of the Scouts Head) you have the following pockets
Small Left Upper (LU)
Small left Lower (LL)
small Right Upper (RU)
Water Bottle holder attached to RU (WB)
Small Right Lower (RL)
Main Upper (MU)
Main Lower (ML)
Pocket attached to Main Upper
Flat Pocket on Flap
Lower tie Points LTP
Upper Tie Points UTP
arranged like this :-)>
UTP
_________

LTP
Thanks
