Hypothetical recruiting?

I hear this every day and have to try to stifle it at my own job.

Every prospect is a prospect. The family may have other committments that
prevented their being at the location so long, especially if they are new to
the area. That doesn't make them bad prospects, just people trying to get
things done.

It ain't a sale 'til the cash is in the hand. The unit did what it could, now
having seen that things could go wrong the way they are the unit should have
data at the meeting place for other units/secretarys/whoever to hand to a
prospect who got the wrong night in error. No one was in the wrong on either
side, but both need to adapt to the conditions (because the next caller may be
interested in being a BS and get sent to the CS meeting...).
