abusive adult in LDS troops / packs

If you are a scouter in an LDS Troop or pack I would like to foreword
some information about a scouter that has left the Palm Beach Gardens
Ward.

Due to the nature of the list I will not disclose his name here, however
this adult has man handled at least two boys from the PBG Ward troop In
the past several years, picking one of them up off of the floor by his
neck.. Our council executive was informed and was all for removing this
adult from Scouting until he heard who the charter organization is. At
that point he basically washed his hands of the matter. I do not know
when he left the area But I know that he announced he was leaving on a
tuesday and was gone on the next day.

This man weighs close to three hundred pounds and is over six feet tall
In my opinion this man should not be allowed to work with youth in any
capacity.
