A New Eagle!

Troop 469 of Morris, Illinois, Five Rivers District, Rainbow Council
is very pleased to announce it's newest Eagle candidate, Jeff Wickman.
Jeff passed his Eagle Board of Review on Tuesday, July 28, 1998. The
proud parents are Debbie and Ned Jacklin (ASM) and the late Steve
Wickman.
Jeff is the 7th Eagle Scout Troop 469 has had since it was founded in
1988. Jeff will attend Southern Illinois University-Carbondale,
majoring in Mechanical Engineering. An Eagle Court of Honor is
tentatively being planned during the Thanksgiving break.

Ned was a subscriber of SCOUTS-L, but increasingly stringent regulations
