Re: patrol name changes

we don't have many name changes, although we have found we change patrols
around about once a year and that is when names tend to change........our
Troop requirement for patrol or name changes is that the patrol must be
in a greement...............when the members of a patrol agree on a new
name, it becomes so.......otherwise they too often end up inheriting a
name selected by members who are no longer there......
