annual pack planning

Hello Everyone,
Just got back on the list after being off for awhile.
This will be my first year doing annual pack planning as Cubmaster. In the
past the leaders just followed the previous year activities which means the
program been the same every year for quite a while. Well this year hopefully
from the good folks here at scouts-l I`ll find out what other packs out there
do during the year. Just a rough idea of what your calender looks like would
be great. Thanx
