We have something simular -
Large 4x8 sheet of panelling (on side) with eye rings at top to hang on
screws that we got set in concrete block wall.

Ranks at top are the paper portion of the cardboard display ones that
have been glued on and then were sealed over with poly??? Velcro strips
(soft side) run down from each rank to attach name boards.

Name boards are 1"x6"x1/4" pieces of wood. Names are printed on
overhead transpariencies (first initial and last name) then cut out and
put on the board using double sided tape. A piece of velcro (hook side)
is glued to the center of this board to attach it to the strip.

This saves us from having to sand off names and makes it easy for the
boys to change placement quickly at a COH.
