We rely on the "ole computer" for this. At the end of each Court of Honor, I
produce a fancy, color roster of the Troop by rank (I use WordPerfect). I use
rank badge graphics and other BSA graphics files as well. These can be
obtained from a number of sources that can be found on www.scouter.com. It is
quick and easy to reprint with whatever changes necessary.
In addition, I have a similar Eagle roster posted, not to mention a roster of
Scoutmasters and Committee Chairmen. Again, changes are only a reprint away.
