Anniversary of our Freedom

Dear Friends in Scouting,
On the eve of the anniversary of the freedom of the United States of America,
I wish all my BSA friends a Happy Fourth of July. And to my friends on this
list who Scout in other lands (even that nation from which we declared our
Independence) I invite you to join us in celebrating the birth of a nation
that has, sometimes directly, and sometimes only by example, helped to raise
the level of freedom for all persons throughout the world.
