Backpacking hammocks

Regarding the discussion of backpacking hammocks that kill....

hammocks, page 50 of its Summer catalog.
But these hammocks are not the ones that have been taken off the =
shelves. Gone are the under $20 backpacking hammock that packs the size =
of a softball. In exhange are similar hammocks (same company) but with =
wooden spreader bars at either end. I trust myself with hammocks =
without spreader bars and am willing to risk my neck. Does anyone know =
if they are even made anymore? Pls let me know.
