Mexican Scouting

This question is addressed to our Brethern (and Sistern) on the list who know
something about Mexican Scouting. I am told there is the Mexican equivalent
(whatever that means) of the Order of the Arrow. What is this called? What
is it like? What are the Insignia of membership (the equivalent of the OA's
sash)?
Responses can be directed to me alone, as I am pretty sure no one else cares.
I have tried to research this on the various website of "Scouts, the
Association of the Scouts of Mexico", but as my Spanish is non existant, I
have been unsuccesful.
Thank you,
G. John Marmet ASM
