Barb Cox's message was interesting. I note that although the GSUSA requires
a female on a Troop's leadership team, the BSA does not require a male on
Troop leadership teams. Thus, a BSA Troop can go camping without a male
leader present (I am aware of it actually happening with a Troop in my
Council). What concerns does the GSUSA have that the BSA doesn't, I wonder?
