Linda......
What we have done in our pack is to give each boy a plaque with all the
pins and anything that the boy earned during his cub scout years. It really
looks neat and you can cut the wood in any size or shape. Ask the parent for
any and all of his awards or you can repurchase them for him if the pack has
the funds including the patches and pack # then on a plate you can have
engraving done.
The one thing I would like to caution you (from experience) is that you
need to think about the cost involved. In our pack the first time it happened
since I was involved the CM wanted to do "something special" for a scout for
earning all 20 pins, the budget was $25.00 in which I was against because I
knew that the next year there was about 4 boys that would be earning all 20
pins and the pack could not afford do spend that same amount again. So that
year they bought the boy a trophy then the next year there happened to be 7
boys who earned all 20 pins......of course the question/problem came up "How
can we afford to do this again". I showed them a picture of a plaque that I
had from another pack and we did make them for the boys and had the pins from
the boys... the cost was $5.85 per boy and the best part is that this is
something that he has treasured since. At his EOH he had this plaque on his
display table......all of his achievements were still in tack!
"I used to be a bear" & a "proud Eagle mom too!"

Hi Linda
You could make a trophy or plaque...there are lots of ideas to copy from the
How-To and Leader Guides.
You could also go to your local tropy shop and have a small one made up,
maybe
saying "Outstanding Achievement Award", the year, and the boys' name. Our
local
shop has a variety of choices for the top. A flame, a book, a star etc. We
get
our pinewood trophies for $6 to $10 depending on the sizes.
