Before everyone gets all hot and bothered over this CSP, have any of you
bothered to ask the council concerned, what they meant to be represented on
the patch? Is there a possibility that it could represent a well known
landmark in the council? My own council's CSP has dome on it to represent a
well known building in the state capital.
YIS,
Dave

Let's not fool ourselves, that cross on the Central N.C. Council CSP was not
a
random intersection of vertical and horizontal lines.

It matters little that BSA's Supply Division may have chosen to distribute
an overrun of a CSP which it shouldn't have produced in the first place.
