Sportsand/or Fitness Pins

I was confused by the description of the Fitness pin, too, at first.
However, after reading the requirements in the booklet over and over a few
times, I realized that what they were talking about was "pumping iron"
fitness; that is, "straight" exercising, calesthenics, whatever. The bulk
of the booklet is devoted to all sorts of exercises, and that is what the
boy is supposed to do on a regular basis until he has racked up enough
points.

So, unless he is into a sport with a coach that drills them with
calesthenics for 15 to 30 minutes at each practice, three or four times a
week, he probably *won't* be able to get a "twofer" out of this one.

At least, that's my humble opinion...
