I am a male Cub Scout Den Leader. Our Pack is made up of about 50% male den
leaders. I feel it is good for boys to have strong male role models! I know
that several of the boys in my den get more encouragement in Cub Scouts than
they ever have at home. I like to think any way, that I'm really making a
differance in the lives of the boys in my den. We learn life skills, learn to
respect each other, learn to respect ourselves, learn to respect the world
around us, and most of all learn to have FUN.

Jerry
