Moral Dilemma

A difficulty in teaching a scout to ask to talk with his parents before he
answers questions posed by teachers/ police/ etc. is that conversations
between children and parents aren't privileged. I.e., the police can then get
the parent to testify to what their child said. This is one lesson we all
should have learned from the saga of Monica Lewinski's troubles.
