To sum up the answers to your three questions, no. Summer camp can be
used only once, for six days and five nights, or whatever it is listed at,
I can't recall exactly, but what it says is what it says, those are the
requirements, there was debate on ARROW-L and the resulting overwhelming
conclusion was that camp could only be used once....
